Admission rests on vetting: identity verified, standing checked, wealth attested under our right to ask for proof, and sincerity screened at admission. A number of members also join by invitation each season, fee waived, at our discretion. What we never admit is the transactional, at any level of wealth.

Entirely remotely, and in minutes. A government document and biometric selfie checked by specialist technology, your standing assessed from official registers and your public footprint with your consent, and your intentions declared in the application and screened at admission. Any decision can be appealed to a person. No meetings, no financial documents. Wealth is attested in writing, under our right to ask for proof.

By design. Everyone in the circle has standing of their own, so wealth stops being the attraction. The application tests intent, the rules punish insincerity, and one credible report of transactional behaviour ends a membership. Money can be verified. Sincerity is what we screen for.

Separation. You may belong to one side or both, each with its own profile, but conduct never crosses between them. The rule follows the person, not the profile: someone you encountered through business can never be approached through dating, whatever sides either of you later join. Crossing that line once is a removal offence. The two sides share one thing only: the vetting.

Applying is free, and payment is asked only when your city's circle opens. Membership is then one payment, never renewing: $1,000 for Dating, $1,000 for Business, or $1,500 for the open category covering both. Introductions are paid by the person who requests them, only when they request one: $500 in a single category, $750 in the open category. Accepting an introduction costs nothing. If the other side declines or does not answer within seven days the fee returns to you as credit. There is no subscription anywhere, and prices include any taxes that apply. Members joining in New York receive the written contract and cancellation rights that New York law provides, including three business days to cancel with a full refund. Members joining in the United Kingdom or the European Union have a fourteen day right to cancel under consumer law.

Your profile is visible only to vetted members. Verification documents are checked, then deleted. We never sell data, we never share contact details without consent from both sides, and you may ask us to delete everything we hold at any time.
