Privacy Policy

Draft · For legal review · Last updated 20 July 2026

Khaas exists because discretion matters to our members. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and the rights you hold over it. Khaas is a trading name of 786 Infinite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12533644), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller, and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. You can reach us at hello@khaasintros.com.

1. What we collect

Application details. Your name, contact details, city, date of birth, profession, the membership category you choose, and your answers to our application questions, including what you are seeking and your written attestation of wealth.

Identity verification. A government identity document and a biometric selfie, processed by a specialist verification provider to confirm the document is genuine and that it is you. Biometric data used for identification is special category data and is processed only with your explicit consent, given at the point of verification. We receive the result of the check, not an ongoing copy of your biometric data.

Standing information. With your knowledge and consent, we check what you have told us against official public registers, such as company registers, and your public professional footprint. We do not compile covert financial dossiers, and we do not obtain credit reports.

Profile and preference information. The profile you build and the introductions you request. If you join for dating, your stated preferences may reveal information about your sexual orientation. That is special category data, and we process it only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the record needed for accounting. We never see or store your full card details.

Technical information. Basic logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers, and this website currently sets no cookies requiring consent. If that changes, this policy and the site will say so first.

2. Why we use it, and our legal grounds

3. Automated decisions and your right to a person

Admission decisions at Khaas are made by automated screening, which checks your identity, your standing and your stated intentions against our admission standards. Because these decisions significantly affect you, you have the right to ask for any automated decision to be reviewed by a person, to express your view, and to contest the outcome. To use this right, write to hello@khaasintros.com with the subject line Appeal. Reports concerning safety or conduct are always reviewed by a person.

4. What we never do

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Khaas: identity verification, payment processing, secure hosting, application forms and email. Each acts under contract, on our instructions, and may not use your data for its own purposes. We will share data where the law requires it, for example with regulators or in response to a valid legal demand, and in any reorganisation or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to protect it.

6. International transfers

We are a United Kingdom company and aim to store personal data in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside those areas, including in the United States, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or transfer it, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawing consent for special category processing may mean parts of the service can no longer be provided to you. To use any right, write to hello@khaasintros.com. We answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are outside the United Kingdom, local privacy laws may give you similar rights, and we honour requests in the same way wherever you are.

9. Age

Khaas is for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly process data about anyone younger, and identity verification is designed to prevent it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in any meaningful way we will tell members by email before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will always tell you when it was last revised.
